Where can I see a live demo?

We have demos available for IP, HD-CVI, HD-SDI, and Analog systems. These demos are basic, but you can get a feel for what each one has to offer.

First, you will want to use Internet Explorer. It is the only browser that is fully functional with current generation security camera system dvrs.

Once you open internet explorer you will need to make sure active x is allowed. Go to the settings button and go to internet options. The second tab at the top of this options window is security. Go to there and select the button custom level. Here is a picture to help:

The screen that pops up is where we need to make the changes. You want to scroll down until you see active x.  Make sure everything is either enabled or set to prompt for that section. You can tell that the section is active x by the icon next to the names of the options, like this:

There are roughly 13 of those icons and option to switch to enable or prompt. This allows the webcam viewer app interact with your web browser. Otherwise it will block it from working properly.

Once you have that done you can go to any of the following links to see the live demos. IT WILL ASK FOR A USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

    User: test      Password: 1234

Getting Ready For Your Scheduled Tech Support Call

If you have a scheduled tech support call there are things you can do to make this process a lot smoother by having a couple things ready when the Tech Support Agent calls.

    1. A computer or laptop connected to the same home network as the dvr/cameras are connected to.

    2. Install Teamviewer on your computer - go to www.teamviewer.com and click on download. Install the program. Where it asks if this is for private or commercial use, just select personal/private(non-commercial). Also, the question about what type of install you want to do -- select basic. Once installation is completed the teamviewer app will have an id and a password. You will give these to the representative to connect to your computer.**

    3. Make sure to have your router's password written down. If you have never set up your router it may have a default username and password, in which case we can help you figure it out. Some brands have the username//password right on the router itself. This IS NOT your wifi password. We need the actual password to login to the router and change the settings.

    4. DVR Username/Password.

    5. Any other relevant information or questions about the camera system you are calling about.

**Disclaimer: CAMTECHPROS will be connecting to your PC to take control of your computer and fix the problem quickly. Please close and hide any files, pictures, videos, etc. that are personal and you don't want seen. Sometimes we will need to go into your folders, such as downloads, if we download an app to help with the issue. We do respect our client's privacy. That is something we take very seriously. Any personal files we do accidentally view will never be shared, or spoken about, with anyone - unless they are unlawful (in which case we are required to notify the police)

You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)

Below is an example of what your background image could look like:
